Did you doubt that Germany claims they have no weapons?

Trying to locate some data source for this graph was impossible. There has to be something the composer was keying to, since we know Germany has one of the best tanks in the world, a crack anti-terrorist Unit and a superb Fighter Jet. What would they be lying about ? Nuclear ? No, because they have some 100,000 U.S. Forces and other Units stationed there and if they did exist, we would have control of them. This remains a mysterious collection of Data.
