How to manage time between Academics and Job? Please, please help?
That is only a 12 hour day, not bad at all. PLUS you are taking breaks for lunch and dinner, so it is really only a 10 hour day. My husband has worked 12 to 14 hours every single day of his life (as a surgeon) and does not eat until after that. I know many businessmen who also work 12 hour days pretty much every day of their life, no breaks for meals and showers. My neighbor works 12 hours plus the commute 6 days a week for as long as I have known him. This is what we, in the real world, call "life". You are lucky to have a job, many people would dream of having a job and also an opportunity for school. So, you are very fortunate, you should be grateful.
