Need help saving abandoned turtles?

I would say ask a reptile store owner or specialist, because you don't want to let them go in wild pond or lake, because they are pets, not wild. It's like letting your dog run free and expecting it to survive, so it may not work. But otherwise, I would still take care of them for as long as you have to. Poor things :(
