Have avoided doctors but now nose is bleeding n sinuses are sooo painful please help?

the day before i started an 11 day hol from work i got that tickle at back of throat and thought great thats the start of a cold. It got worse and worse, spent nearly a week in bed wi coughing, sneezing, sore throat,bad chest, aching neck, aching face, aching everywhere but managed to get up for essential things such as grocery shoppin so thought it cant be that bad, but now am about 9 days in to this illness and its changed, now for past couple of days ive had severe face pain, think its sinuses, to the point ive had to take cocodamol just to sleep n today things get even better, my nose keeps bleeding, quite a lot when i blow it, if i just wait till it drips it comes out yellow watery. any ideas will this just go away on its own.
