Question for cyber school students! 10 points!?

I'm going on my 3rd year of cyber school. At the beginning they gave me a laptop. Its an older one. So I've had it fcor almost 3 years. Lately my laptops been shutting off randomly and doesn't hol a charge. Today my laptop stopped charging all together. Its not the charger because I got a new one and its still having the problem. Will the school send me a new one? Would I have to pay for it?
