What happend if i drill some hol in end of exsost cbr 1100 to improve the sound.?

The origina can for cbr black bird no sound.i saw in youtup guy drill the afew hol in the end around the maine one and the sound get nice.if i do it the bike will get bad or the same.and what about the fule?
