Will this hurt my tooth please answer!! its tomorrow?

okai i need 4 fillings, but there this one tooth that im terrified for, its my second last one at the back and its chipped, the pain iss sooooo bad if i bite down on it with food my dentist says i need it filled and theres is a hol there too, now i no that u say u dnt feel anything but since my tooth is soo bad with the pain will i feel it being filled? thanks :( really worried i no im proberly silly xx
