Why do non-Catholic Christians deny that the Rosay is Biblical?

They make that claim because the Rosary is not mentioned by name in the Bible, and back when they went up to that altar call and publicly professed their faith is Jesus Christ .... hmmmm, wait a minute .... where does the Bible speak of altar calls??
